LETIZIA FEMIA
I began my journey as a student in 2014 in India. During my personal training abroad, I had the opportunity to experience various branches of yoga: hatha yoga, ashtanga, the Iyengar method, and yoga therapy. Only later did I decide to begin my journey as a teacher.
2014: First real approach to yoga at Sri Aurobindo Ashram-Delhi Branch Tust, near New Delhi, where I was able to embrace the museum's quest in an essential, authentic way through Purna Yoga.
2015: Hatha Yoga training at Jivananda Yoga Shala in Durban (SA).
2016: Iyengar Yoga workshop with Sri Nandakumar at Bksiyengar Yoga Shala in Kuala Lumpur.
2020: 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training diploma obtained at Yoga Planet in Italy.
2021: Master in Yoga Fisios Method, a rehabilitative and physiotherapy yoga with the PNEI method. A therapeutic method practiced through the tools of Yoga, near Bologna.
2024: Completed the first level as a Shiatsu Practitioner at the Araba Fenice school in Bologna.
2025: Shiatsu Operator Diploma from the Araba Fenice school in the city of Bologna.
TIBETAN BOWLS
An enveloping, magical, and slightly mysterious sound. But above all, a beneficial sound, because the sound of Tibetan singing bowls, or singing bowls, is much more than a simple play of harmonies. It makes our cells vibrate, and perhaps even our spirit, inducing harmony and well-being, deeply relaxing, and relieving stress and psychophysical tension.
They are crafted from seven metal alloys, which traditionally correspond to the planets and zodiac signs. Each metal is believed to influence specific energy centers in the body, helping to reharmonize and balance the flow of energy.
The origins of Tibetan singing bowls date back to pre-Buddhist Tibet. The harmonious, repetitive, and hypnotic sound later became part of the meditations of Buddhist monks. From the Himalayas, the use of Tibetan singing bowls then spread throughout Asia. The shape of the bell represents emptiness, a central concept in Buddhist philosophy, and the sound it produces is considered the voice of the Buddha.

CAMPANE TIBETANE
