• Amarcord is a Residential Marathon so the Full MarathonPass without room is only for the who live in Bologna
• The participants will be gender balanced
• Access to the event is granted only to confirmed participants. Without completed registration process and a confirmed place participation is not possible!
• Only the full event can be booked. No single evening tickets will be available!
• Registrations are only accepted through the registration form on the website.
• Registration is possible as single leader or single follower. However, registering with a partner help organizers to keep the balance between leaders and followers and would be very much appreciated. It is not possible to change a couple registration into a single registration
• Confirmation for couples can be sent only when the amount for both has been fully received
• There is no claim for refund for booked marathon places. Note that places are personal and cannot be transferred to other persons without prior consent of the organizers
• By registering to this event you accept the “house rules” of this event!

• We work in fully respect antidiffussion covid rules that our government apply. In the current situation is possible to dance without masks. By the way we will follow the instruction given by the Italian authorities at that moment.

Method Payment 

• The payment can be done by: bank transfer or credit card with Payment Links
• If you choose the payment with Credit Crad you will receive an email with the payment link. The payment amount will be the one selected during registration and must be paid within 7 days.

After paying, if you will not be able to come, send a mail (info@bolognatangomarathon.it) and there are two possibilities:

1) You can search by yourself for another participant – same gender as yours. Upon our approval and after having sent us all the required data, you can give your pass to this person within 2 weeks before the marathon. Later changes will not be accepted.

2) we refund you in the following modality:
Substitutions have to be communicated and approved by organizers. Bank fees charged.
– 70% back if your cancellation will be communicated within the 31th of August
– 50% back if your cancellation will be communicated in September
– No refund or substitutions after 1st of October.

MARATHON PASS (95€)

– In case of cancellation by the yourself the payment is not-refundable. You can search by yourself for another participant – same gender as yours. Upon our approval and after having sent us all the required data, you can give your pass to this person within 2 weeks before the marathon. Later changes will not be accepted.

COVID 19 issues.
In case the event will get canceled for restrictive rules applied by Italian government the marathon pass will be refundable as following:
• up to Agust 31 your marathon pass will be fully refunded, only the Bank fee will be charged
• from September 1 will be refunded from your marathon pass 70€

HOTEL RESERVATION

– We remind you that payment is not-refundable. In case of cancelation, you can search by yourself for another participant – same gender as yours. Upon our approval and after having sent us all the required data, you can give your pass to this person within 2 weeks before the marathon. Later changes will not be accepted.

COVID 19 issues.
– In face of restrictive rules applied by our government on dance events cancelation only, and not regarding hotel facilities, the inability to dance will not be considered from the Hotel a cause for cancel the reservation. For that the hotel will remain at our disposal in the same form as you payed to ensure you a nice stay in Bologna.

– In case of restrictive rules applied by our government regarding a new lockdown that prohibiting the hotel stay, the event will be reschedulated and the amount payed to the hotel will remain valid for your participation without additional charges.

TERMINI & CONDIZIONI per rimborsi e cancellazioni

QUOTA MARATONA (95€)

In caso di cancellazione da parte del partecipante il pagamento non è rimborsabile. Potrai cercare da solo un altro partecipante del tuo stesso ruolo. Dopo la nostra approvazione e dopo averci inviato tutti i dati richiesti, puoi dare il tuo pass a questa persona fino a 2 settimane prima della maratona. Modifiche successive non saranno accettate.

COVID 19
In caso di cancellazione da DPCM che impedisca lo svolgimento dell’evento:
• entro il 31 agosto, vi verrà restituito l’intero importo della quota maratona, al netto delle spese bancarie per la restituzione che rimane a carico del partecipante
• dal 1 settembre, la somma restituita sarà di 70€, al netto delle spese bancarie per la restituzione che rimane a carico del partecipante

QUOTA PERNOTAMENTO

Il pagamento non è rimborsabile. In caso di cancellazione, puoi cercare da solo un altro partecipante dello tuo stesso ruolo. Dopo la nostra approvazione e dopo averci inviato tutti i dati richiesti, puoi dare il tuo pass a questa persona fino a 2 settimane prima della maratona. Modifiche successive non saranno accettate.

COVID 19

A fronte di nuove norme restrittive applicate dal nostro governo sulla cancellazione degli eventi di ballo, ma che non impediscono la fruizione dei servizi alberghieri, l’impossibilità di ballare non sarà considerata dall’Hotel motivo di annullamento della prenotazione. Per questo l’hotel rimarrà a nostra disposizione nella stessa formula prevista dall’evento per un soggiorno a Bologna.

In caso di regole restrittive applicate dal Governo Italiano in merito ad una chiusura totale, che vietano il soggiorno in hotel, l’importo versato IN HOTEL sarà utilizzato per la riprogrammazione dell’evento entro il 2023. La partecipazione sarà considerata valida per il nuovo evento senza spese aggiuntive.

During Amarcord Bologna Tango Marathon you may be photographed, filmed, or videotape.

Registering to the event, you hereby give to Tango Events (the Organizer) the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use legally your likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium (Social Media, Web Site, Advertising) and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation.

You hereby waive, release and forever discharge Tango Events (the Organizer) from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image
